How long does a full gym fit-out take, from consultation to opening day?
It depends on the size of your project, but we aim for a maximum of 4 weeks. The smaller the project, the faster we can move.
Do you handle removal and disposal of our existing equipment?
We can do one better — we'll refurbish what you don't need to get rid of, and remove what you do.
Is there a minimum project size or budget to work with Build a Gym?
Commercial projects start at R100,000. If your project is smaller, reach out via WhatsApp or our contact form and we'll assist you as a personal client instead of a commercial one.
Will we get a layout or CAD drawing before committing to anything?
Yes. Your CAD is delivered as a PDF, with the option of a 3D rendering and video walkthrough. If you proceed with Build a Gym, the cost of these is fully refunded.
What happens if equipment needs servicing or repair after installation?
If it falls within the equipment warranty, we handle refunds or replacements directly with the manufacturer on your behalf. Outside of warranty, we're happy to assist with maintenance and repairs.
